About
Tom Maffei started his career as a club promoter, while working in the
mailroom at Sony Music. That led to a job with Diane Warren¹s RealSongs
publishing company and several successful record promotion positions at labels Elektra, Geffen, and Arista Records. Rising to the executive rank
of SVP at Priority/Capitol Records, during his long career Tom has worked
closely with several superstar artists including Busta Rhymes, Miss
Elliott, Outkast, P. Diddy, Usher, Pink, Santana and Snoop Dogg. In 2005
he created his own venture to manage songwriters and producers, a roster
led by Brian Kennedy, who has produced hits for Rihanna, Jennifer Hudson, Chris Brown, Rascal Flatts, Justin Beiber, Jennifer Lopez and more.
